Miriam Halprin LMSW – Director of Community Outreach – Michigan

Miriam attained her Masters in Social Work while working as a Children’s Protective Services Investigator for the State of Michigan. The programs at the time were in their earliest stages of home and community based Family Preservation and Prevention services.  A growing awareness of her ethical obligations brought her to advocate on behalf of patients who use cannabinoid treatment for their health care needs.

Miriam gained her Undergraduate Degree from Michigan State University BA-Psychology & Political Science and her Graduate Degree from Wayne State University, MSW. Professional Licenses and Certificates: LMSW Certificate in Core Supervision and Supervision in Child and Family Services Certificate.

Patricia Schuler – Director of Community Outreach – Illinois

Patricia has traveled across the country, mentoring and teaching holistic health practices. For the last 4 years, she has been involved in the Illinois Compassionate use pilot program to advocate on behalf of sick patients and their families.  As a parent of a child, with cerebral palsy and epilepsy, she has devoted her life to the natural care of patients with neurological conditions to further expand the quality of their life. Patricia obtained a Social Science degree from Northern Arizona University and also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hawaii Pacific University in Natural Health/Human Services.
